TEAM BUILDING DAYS

Outspark run fast-paced and high-intensity team-building days, on your school site. We are able to provide the activities, equipment and qualified staff to run the event; the school staff need only enjoy observing the students learning in a different capacity.

We include activities that focus on young people’s communication skills, determination, leadership and friendship. This could include Pioneering, Bushcraft, Challenge tasks but also a session exploring Philosophy. Outspark can provide facilitators that can engage the young people in lively discussion, improv, debate and drama-games. This diversity keeps the interest level high during the day and helps engage young people in different and varied ways.
