We are Outspark and we have been helping take the stress out of running DofE expeditions for over seventeen years.

We understand that running DofE in schools is hard. It takes a lot of time and relies on the good nature of school staff. And sometimes, despite everyone’s best efforts, it’s just too much.

Jason Buckley - Outspark’s founder - taught in a school and also had the role of DofE Coordinator. He found the same thing.

So Outspark was set up to support schools that want their students to have a memorable, safe and exciting DofE experience. We help you make it as simple and enjoyable as possible.

We offer Bronze, Silver and Gold walking expeditions. Our customer service is outstanding and our staff top notch.

What we do..

Outspark is an Accredited Activity Provider assessed for quality and safety by AALA - the Accredited Activity Licensing Authority.

We have delivered well over 500 expeditions across the UK. And that quality reassurance and experience shows. It shows in the knowledge of our delivery staff, it shows in the back office support we provide, it shows in the locations we use and it shows with every school that book us again, year after year.

We will visit you at your school to launch the expeditions. We will provide you with parent information letters, safe and secure online consent and medical information, team formation meetings, a DofE mini book for every participant. We will even cook the school staff dinner and breakfast whilst on expedition!
